delays are delaying

This damn photoshop program is making me crazy. I was pretty good with the old one for someone self trained. But I cant get the new one to do the most basic functions. I have seven posts ready to go up now. But can finish the art on any of them. Grrrr.... Well I will jest have to modify my plans and put them up with basic pictures and story. (It feels unfinished that way to me but I have to put up SOMETHING decent).
